Returns/Exchange/Cancellation Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

For U.S. Customers:

  • Returns or exchanges accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
  • Store credit or exchange will be issued upon receipt of the item.
  • To start a return or exchange, contact us at inhumanum.vr@gmail.com.

Shipping Tips:

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for any returns or exchanges.
  • We are not responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us. We can only process credit or exchanges for items we actually receive.

For Canada, UK, Mexico, and all other international customers:

  • All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted for orders shipped to Canada, the United Kingdom, Mexico, or any other country outside the U.S.
  • If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll help.

CANCELLATIONS:

  • Orders may be cancelled before shipment by emailing inhumanum.vr@gmail.com with “Cancel - [Your Order Number]” in the subject line.
